Job Summary

The Stock Take Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of stock taking operations at assigned sites. This role involves leading a team of stock takers, coordinating inventory counts, and ensuring accurate stock records are created in assigned formats for handover to customer representative.

The Stock Take Supervisor will collaborate closely with client representative to ensure inventory count accuracy during stock take projects.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and Lead
  • Manage and lead a team of stock takers, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Assign responsibilities and delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth execution of stock taking operations.
  • Maintain a positive and motivated work environment within the team.

Inventory Coordination

Plan and organize stock taking schedules in alignment with client's needs and business requirements.

Coordinate with client representatives to minimize disruptions during stock counts.

Accuracy and Efficiency

Ensure accurate and timely counting of stock items using established procedures and technologies.

Identify discrepancies during stock counts and collaborate with client teams to resolve issues.

Documentation and Reporting

Generate comprehensive stock take reports based on scanned data of stock takers and submit report to client in the assigned format.

Process Improvement

Ensure compliance to safety and regulatory guidelines.
